Introduction

There's a lot of girl punk and garage bands doing the rounds these days but none of them bring the essence of both together like The Boonaraaas. These German ladies bash out their heart and soul-poppin’ sonic nuggets using vintage equipment and with classic garage and punk influences but the noise they make is very much NOW! With so many old fogies zig-zagging across the world making money for their pensions, it’s a pure pleasure to discover a bunch of young ladies who have the energy and presence to make it seem like maybe you haven’t seen and heard it all. It’s a treat for the ears and the eyes, no matter what your persuasion. Trich's sassy singing and bass attitude along with Christina's command of the big beat provides a rockin’ solid foundation. Laura’s Dan Electro action blends with Tine’s rhythm licks to create a fuzz-infused wall of sound that is so direct that you'll wonder what the heck just hit you. And like all special acts throughout history, they have a knack of mixing originals and covers in a way that you can’t see the joins. You just wonder where they've been all your life.

This is where you will find out everything you ever wanted to know about every record we have ever released and a biography and photo of every band too.
