These teenagers from Portland, Oregon, play music that feels like having two big, warm arms wrapped around you, an embrace of pop jangles, garage rock riffs, angsty yelps and bittersweet harmonies. Proclaimed by Carl Barat as his new favourite band, it won't be long until they're your new favourite band too! James Endicott, the man who discovered the Strokes, agrees and has signed them to his 1965 label (home of the Draytones, as well as the View and the Enemy). The main thing is, these boys have the tunes and the lyrics that so many hyped bands don't. That, along with their wild and crazy on stage antics, should - as we said - make them your new favourite band. Don't miss 'em!
