Introduction

Pink F.A. play the music of 1960s-70s underground rock legends Pink Fairies. They concentrate their set on their early incarnations. They do not consider themselves a tribute band, in the way others do - they do not assume band members identities, instead concentrating on the spirit of the band's "anti star" stance. At their last concert they were joined by original Hawkwind drummer Terry Ollis, which authenticates the band sound more, as Terry often jammed with the Fairies original two drummer line up. Their last concert was a launch party for "Keep it Together" by Rich Deakin, a book about The Pink Faires, published by Headpress. This concert was such a sucsess that the Pink F.A. were given "the squeal of approval" by the original Pink Fairies who started the ball rolling back at the beginning. This is the follow up.
