Introduction

Adam Weiner is Ladyfingers. Why the name? Long story, to do with a dream a girlfriend had. But, anyway... With his smokey mix of vintage blues, rockabilly, cabaret, and country, served with a side of pure Noo Yawk punk energy, this singer, pianist and songwriter performs right in your face. Throughout the set, he morphs from a vaguely menacing carnival charlatan, to a yelping rockabilly boy, to a sensuously melodic Frank Sinatra, to Jerry Lee Lewis standing up at the piano, and all the way back again. And on this visit to London he's bringing his entire band for a more full-on show than ever!
